We build high quality mobile home steps...

   We are a company located in Homosassa Florida in CitrusCounty.  We serve all surrounding areas. We use high quality southern yellow pine that is treated against rot, fungi, decay and termite attack. We offer popular standard size mobile home steps and we also custom build steps and decks of all different sizes. Our decks are screw constructed.


40" x 40" Steps

40"x40" up to 38" inches tall , railing on both sides, left side and back side and right side and back side --> $699.00 delivered and set up within 70 miles.

The ones without platform on the bottom are no code sets . The ones with platform are built to Florida code

6' x 8' Steps

6'x8' deck with steps and railing up to 38 inches tall , $1199.00 delivered and set up within 70 miles
The steps can be attached anywhere customers choice.

10' x 6' Steps

10' x6' with steps and railing up to 38 " tall $1499.00 delivered and set within 70 miles. Steps can be attached anywhere on the deck also on those.

72" x 48" Steps

72" x 48" up to 38 inches tall , railing both sides, longways or sideways, (72 wide or 48 wide steps) $899.00 delivered and set up within 70 miles.

Pool Steps

Pool steps 47x36 platform with steps and railing on both sides up to 54 inches tall, 4 inch overhang for over the edge of the pool. $899.00 delivered and set up.
  • If any of those need to be built to Florida code we would have to add $100.00 for bottom platform, second handrail, anchor, wire and wire clips.
  • Each additional step ( over 38 inches) $75.00
  • Further than 70 miles is $2.00 per mile from Homosassa. 
  • We don't do demolition of the old steps unless we know before and charge extra
